Hawke’s Bay has four distinct seasons and Head Brewer Christopher Barber makes beer to reflect that. All our bottled beer is bottle conditioned. It is important to keep the bottle stored in an upright position. When pouring the beer in to the glass, leave the last few drops in the bottle so the beer remains clear.
