We are seeking motivated, and customer focused individuals to join our customer services team.
You will be at the heart of our customer service work, representing the council and providing excellent advice and support to all Council customers. You will be confident in dealing with people face to face and through technology, listening to customer needs, and providing clear and accurate guidance across all areas of council business.
It will require the coordinated delivery of high-quality customer services processes and experiences for both internal and external customers, that complies with all high-quality policies, SOP’s and relevant legislation.
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to delivering high quality services to customers and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
