Welcome to our space – which is in a refurbished heritage building – the top floor level of the old ‘Bank of New South Wales” building situated in Napier CBD. The building has recently been refurbished which included seismic strengthening.
The air-conditioned space features an open plan layout over 170 sqm with lots of natural light. There are 3 ‘pods’ of large corner desks broken up with living green walls in between and each pod can seat 4 users. On the end of each pod are the straight desks, so we can cater for one person, or a team of 4-6 within a pod. There are a total of 16 desk spaces.
We are ideally looking for longer term tenancies (12 months) so we can build a great workplace for small business people, however we will consider shorter terms. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
