Bioresource Processing Alliance Workshop

The New Zealand Bioresource Processing Alliance (BPA) is a national initiative funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment to increase the value gained from low value by-product and secondary streams (bioresources) derived from the processing of primary sector products. The BPA is a Partnership between AgResearch, Callaghan Innovation, Plant & Food Research and Scion that utilises the collective expertise of these Partners and universities to advance commercially promising bioresource processing projects. The Partnership has funding of $2.4m pa and is working with New Zealand companies that are interested in deriving added value from their bioresources.

The workshop will provide further information on the BPA and is an opportunity for companies to discuss processing technologies to enhance by-product utilisation.

The BPA, Food & Beverage Hawke’s Bay and the New Zealand Food Innovation Network invite you to this workshop.
